Oconomowoc Woman Has No Regrets

POSTED: 9:51 am CDT May 8, 2003

Tina "Fabulous" from Oconomowoc took the dreaded limousine ride alone Wednesday night after she didn't get a rose from "The Bachelor."

"The limo ride was very difficult because I knew I was leaving a great experience, but I had some great memories behind me. Overall, it was an awesome learning experience about myself, and how I look at myself in a relationship. I think I represented myself well. I don't have any regrets. I was OK in the limo. I mean, I didn't cry, but I sure felt like crying," Tina said.

WISN 12 News talked with Tina right after the show Wednesday night.

"He could have been Mr. Right, but it wasn't meant to work out. I don't think I'm meant to start a family anytime soon. I have a good, at least 10 years, being solo, starting a career, fulfilling all my dreams. I think moving for at this point in my like may have stripped me of some of my goals, but it took me until my time in Hawaii to figure it out. Things happen for a reason and I think he'll be happy with whoever he does choose," she said.

If you missed the show, Tina and Andrew Firestone spent some time in Hawaii looking for paradise.

"I don't know if you could say I was falling in love, but he's the type of person I could fall in love with and my feelings were deeper, more emotionally invested at this point when I was in Hawaii," Tina said.

Tina told 12 News she had a great time in Hawaii. She said she has no regrets, but would have liked to have met his family.

So what's next for Tina "Fabulous?" She told Charlie Gibson on "Good Morning America" Thursday that she wants to be on TV. She also appeared on "The View" Thursday morning.
